The staff at both Midcoast Hospital and Midcoast Primary Care have let me suffer in severe pain for over a week because they are too afraid to give anyone pain medication in case they sell it.
Just spent 17 minutes on hold trying to make an appointment. Being placed on hold here is not unusual, but this is a little over the top.
If the reception staff is rude and inefficient, it doesn't really matter if the doctors are any good. You only see the doctor for 5 minutes. The front desk staff is who you are dealing with 90%of your time there, or on the phone. They are really condescending and unhelpful.
Best experience I've had with a family doctor.
