We placed a substantial furniture order in June, 2015 and didn't receive items until February, 2016. We had to continually press them for answers, and they shifted blame and never took responsibility. While the couch was in their possession for several months, they never looked at what was delivered to them to see if it was correct. As it turns out, two of the pillows came without covers and now the fabric is discontinued. In addition, the doors on one of the tables we ordered were done incorrectly. We haven't heard from them since February, 2016 and it is now late September. I simply cannot recommend this place to anybody, regardless of the quality of the furniture they sell. They simply do not pay attention to detail, and once you walk out the door you're on your own.
Disappointing, at best.
Lack luster experience. Felt like I needed to strap a few hundred dollars to my head so they knew I was serious. My mom was looking for some outdoor furniture and I thought, "what the heck, I'll try again." To cut the chase - I will not go back. Nor will I recommend them.
So much beautiful furniture
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professional customer service at Sweet Dreams! I ordered replacement couch covers and cushions in early May. The covers came but the cushions didn't come until last week (AUGUST)! The staff at Sweet Dreams gave me the "run around" about the arrival date of the cushions, wouldn't return my phone calls and really didn't care! I had to call repeatedly and make several visits to the store. When I did go, the owners wouldn't look me in the eye or give me a staight answer! I was promised many times that my order would be on "the next truck". One owner said she "would make it her top priority" to locate my order and get right back to me! She never did...I had to call!! When the cushions finally came (almost 4 months later), NO ONE at Sweet Dreams offered me any sort of apology!! Not ever in the 4 months of this ordeal did anyone apologize or offer any explanation why my order was so delayed!! The lack of common decency and professional customer service at Sweet Dreams is appalling! I will never shop there again!! And, I would advise potential shoppers to go elsewhere!! Sweet Dreams is not worth it!!!
Great selection. Lots of customizable furnishings with prices very clearly marked. Really enjoyed shopping there and will be back again!
