This place is down right horrid. I saw the reviews but figured I'd give it a chance, I have never been so wrong in my life. If you're looking for poorly maintained equipment and piss poor customer service this is the place for you! The guy up front was so rude and disrespectful I will never go back. I don't believe they will be in business much longer acting like that. I only gave it one star simply because I was forced to I guess you can't give out zero stars.
I should have definitely read the reviews before going to this business. Worst customer service around!!! This place needs to get shut down. The owner doesn't know a single thing about good customer service and the chairs I rented where in horrible condition. Avoid this place!!
This place sucks. Rented 30 plastic chairs and showed up in my pickup. It had recently rained and they would not allow me to leave with the chairs because the chairs could not get wet, or the bags the chairs or anything, plastic chairs that can't get wet. So we were able to fit 12 of the chairs in cab. Then got to make the 30 minute trip back and forth 2 more times. Upon returning the chairs I got to wait in the store for over 20 minutes while the clerk behind the counter waited on hold to turn his propane delivery to will call. Without acknowledging me what so ever to finally phone back to the warehouse and confirm that I dropped off 30 chairs.
The white table linens I rented for an important ceremony had obvious cigarette burn holes in them as well as brown stains. The table linens were for decor only and were not used or eaten on during the ceremony. When I returned them I was charged for stains/holes that already existed!!!! I will NEVER rent anything from this business again.
Ordered a 40X80 tent, dance floor, and chairs for our wedding this past summer. Everything was delivered and picked up on time and the tent looked brand new. Customer service was friendly and very helpful during the process. I have been using their products and services for several years and I plan to continue. If you are in need of a reasonably priced tent for a large event, you should consider renting from these guys.
